JOHANNESBURG, South Africa: Smart Africa Media has been appointed as one of the official media partners for the Africa Energy Week [AEW], taking place in Cape Town South Africa on the 9th-12th of November.
According to the agreement signed between the two partners, they have purposed to mutually collaborate on a wide range of activities, with core focus on generation and dissemination of editorial content, among other informative and promotional aspects geared towards making the event a resounding success.

From the branch of its existing ecosystem, the theme for the week, ‘At the Forefront of the African Energy Industry,’ aims to emphasise a core focus on the African energy sector, with specific attention being given to Africa’s role within the global energy transition, organisers said.
“At the end of the day, we aim to deliver so as to stand very tall to have been associated with this noble journey to change the traditional narrative that only negative stories sell and that the reverse is very much true to unearth and attract deserving resources and talents in order to transform and accelerate the Africa’s economy to benefit our people” Mboya said.
