WINDHOEK, Namibia: Telecom Namibia has appointed Ms Charmaine Gaingos as the Company Secretary effective 12 July.
According to Telecom Namibia’s press statement, this function resides in the CEO’s Office unit and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to welcome her to Telecom Namibia.”
Ms Gaingos previously worked for Namibia Wildlife Resort (NWR) as the Company Secretary and Legal advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Law [LLB] and a Baccalaureus Juris CB [Juris] obtained at University of Namibia.
Her educational background and experience has equipped her with a wide range of knowledge and experience that will allow Ms Gaingos to contribute co the success of Telecom.
“On behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and the Human Resources Management Team, we wish to congratulate Ms Charmaine Gaingos on her newest achievement and wish her all the best in her career endeavors,” Telecom Namibia said.
